1. About the app
SmartBranch Chat is the internal app of ហនុមាន Café (Hanuman Café), a Cambodian coffee shop chain with branches in Phnom Penh and Kampot, run by HANUMAN CAFE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.. Our staff use it to manage our café's own Facebook Page and TikTok account in one place: messages, comments and videos. The app is not offered to the public.
2. Who can use it
Only our staff, with an access key given by the owner. The owner can remove a staff member's access at any time.
Only the owner connects the café's Facebook Page and TikTok account to the app.
3. Connecting a TikTok or Facebook account
When the owner connects an account, the app can read that account's basic profile, statistics and videos, and can upload the videos we choose to post.
The owner can disconnect the account at any time in the app, or in the TikTok or Facebook app settings.
4. Using the app
Use the app only for our café's business.
Follow the terms and community guidelines of TikTok and Meta (Facebook).
Only post content that the café has the right to post.
5. Content
Videos, posts and messages belong to the café or to the people who created them. We are responsible for the content we post through the app.
6. Changes and availability
The app is provided as it is, and it may change or stop. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
